|Shipping information for clear stamp purchases
(Note - You must place a separate order for digital products as there are no
P&P charges for these items.)
Postage charges will be applied at checkout for UK purchases only (for
non-UK orders, please see below). Orders will be despatched within 2 working
UK delivery will be by Royal Mail 1st class (1-3 days) - there is a flat
delivery rate of £1.50 throughout the UK (including the Isle of Man and
Scottish Highlands), Northern Ireland, and BFPO addresses. We cannot deliver
to PO Box addresses). There is free UK P&P for orders over £30.00 (note -
purchases of digital items will not count towards your total order value -
digital items must be ordered and paid for separately).
For orders outside the UK - delivery will be made by Royal Mail
International tracked (3-5 working days) and will require a signature on
receipt - please send an email for us to calculate your shipping costs
before placing an order. An approximate shipping cost will be around £15.
Delivery Schedule - UK customers should allow 10 working days for your order
to arrive, overseas customers please allow 28 working days. If it hasn't
arrived by this time, please do contact us. We cannot be held liable for any
loss caused to you by late delivery. We will process a claim to Royal Mail
before we can issue a refund to you for any missing items.
If your order has been mis-delivered or not arrived due to incorrect address
details being entered on your account, then we can only re-send an order
when the original has been returned to us.
We want you to feel confident about your purchases, but if you have a
problem, or are unhappy with your clear stamp purchase, we will rectify this
for you. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be made at

If you want to return an item/items, please re-package the goods securely
and send them back to us within seven working days of the item being
delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded
delivery service for returns, as we will not accept responsibility for goods
lost in transit.
If you are returning goods for reasons other than damage or defects, we will
be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned
within seven working days of receipt, in a re-sellable condition and in
their original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
