All files you download from this site will be ZIP files. You will need to unzip them using your own software.

When will I receive my images?

As soon as your payment has been received by PayPal, the link to download the files will be activated within your customer account. You must be signed into your DigiStamp Boutique account in order to see the download link - this will be displayed under ‘My Downloads'. You can also access the download link direct from the Checkout Screen.

Select the link to download your product(s) and save the file(s) to a chosen folder on your PC. You will receive a ZIP file and will need to unzip the files to access the image files. These will be PNG format for single images and JPEG for A4 sheets. Please note that images are only transparent PNG's where stated.

To unzip the ZIP files

You can use programs such as WinZip, or if you are using Windows XP or Windows 7, simply right-click on the ZIP file image, and select "Extract all" from the menu that pops up. It will ask you again where you want to save the files on your computer (use the same folder that you have put the ZIP file in).

Can I resize my images?

Yes. Using a word processor, or photo editing software, you can adjust the PNG files to the size you need, without any loss of quality. Open a new document (eg an A4 Word document or similar), insert the image, and then adjust the size using the image corner handles, or right-click to use the format picture option. You can also print the images direct using Windows Photo Gallery.

The JPEG images will always be A4 so you just need to open the file and print.

What can I print on to?

The short answer is anything your printer can use. Most can take card up to 300gsm. As the image files are PNG files, you can also print on to patterned paper if your wish.

Pre-coloured images - As with all pre-coloured images, the intensity of colours will depend on your printer, paper and printer settings. To get more vivid colours, print at 'best quality', rather than 'normal' or 'draft'.

How quickly can I colour my images?

Every printer is different, but it's best to wait a few minutes for the ink to dry properly. If in doubt, you can always use your heat gun.

Can I use your images with my Mac?

Are your downloads secure?

Because we use PayPal, all the transactions take place behind a digitally encrypted, secure server.

Can I sell cards I make with DigiStamp Boutique images?

Yes. DigiStamp Boutique is an Angel Company which means you are free to sell the cards you make with our images.
